The article is a critical review of K. Panfil's monography "Withdrawal from the contract as a sanction for the breach of contract". The review presents main thesis of the publication along with critical assessment of proposed positions. The reviewer challenges the need to introduce a new category of "withdrawal as a sanction for the breach of contract" in Polish jurisprudence.
