Moja praca naukowa dotyczy kwestii bezpłatnego tłumaczenia na tle procesu karnego. Bazując na dwóch podstawowych dyrektywach: Dyrektywie Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady 2010/64/UE oraz Dyrektywie Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady 2012/29/UE uściśliłam problematykę, jakość oraz status tłumacza.

My thesis concerns the interpretation and translation on the background of the criminal process.Based on two fundamental directives: Directive of the European Parliament and of the Council 2010/64 / EU and Directive of the European Parliament and of the Council 2012/29 / EU made clear the issues, the quality and status of the interpreter.
