Administrative decision as a legal form of action by public administration

Przedmiotem niniejszej pracy magisterskiej jest przedstawienie decyzji administracyjnej jako prawnej formy działania administracji publicznej. W pracy dokonano ogólnej charakterystyki decyzji administracyjnej. Opisano ponadto jej reprezentatywne cechy oraz przeanalizowano aspekty dotyczące jej elementów składowych. Co więcej, w pracy zostały zawarte i omówione kwestie związane z decyzją takie, jak np. doręczenie, uchylenie czy zmiana. W niniejszej pracy skupiono się na analizie orzecznictwa oraz przepisów, dzięki czemu możliwe było kompleksowe omówienie decyzji administracyjnej, która stanowi akt finalny postępowania administracyjnego. Na końcu pracy zamieszczono również podsumowanie wieńczące omówienie poruszanych zagadnień.

The subject of this thesis is the presentation of an administrative decision as a legal form of action by public administration. It presents general characteristics of the administrative decision. Moreover, the thesis demonstrates decision’s representative features and it analyzes aspects concerning its components. In addition, it includes and discusses issues related to the decision, such as delivery, revocation and amendment. The thesis focuses on the analysis of case law and regulations, thanks to which it was possible to comprehensively present the administrative decision being the final act of administrative proceedings. At the end of the thesis, there is also a summary concluding the discussion of the issues covered.
