The development strategy of the region as an example of Malopolska.

Celem niniejszej pracy jest ukazanie różnic w podejściu do strategii rozwoju regionu na przykładzie województwa Małopolskiego. W tym celu wykorzystano strategie rozwoju województwa na lata 2007-2013 oraz 2011-2020. W analizie pokazano zmianę podejścia jakie nastąpiło w tych dwóch strategiach dotyczących rozwoju regionu. Polegają one w zmianie sposobu podejścia do celów i w jaki sposób je należy osiągnąć. W pierwszej wersji strategia zawierała ogólne plany działania, które nie były do końca sprecyzowane. Natomiast kolejna strategia rozwoju na lata 2011-2020 została ukierunkowana na konkretne, ujednolicone działania, które pozwoliło na skuteczną jej realizację. Aby cele były zbieżne z potrzebami społecznymi znaczna część działań została przekazana władzom samorządowym. Zostały w niej opracowane konkretne działania oraz ukazane rzeczywiste środki finansowania tych celów.

The purpose of this paper is to show the differences in the approach to the development strategy of the region as an example the Malopolska province. For this purpose the region's development strategies for 2007-2013 and 2011-2020. The analysis shows that there has been a change in the approach of these two strategies for the development of the region. They consist in a change of approach for the purpose, and how it should be achieved. The first version of the strategy included general plans of action that have not been fully clarified. However, another development strategy for 2011-2020 was focused on a specific, unified action that led to its effective implementation. For the objectives were in line with social needs much of the action has been transferred to local authorities. Thus it developed specific action and shown the actual funding of these objectives.
