Model of care the patient with Parkinson disease according to the theory of Virginia Henderson.

Choroba Parkinsona jest drugą co do częstości występowania w populacji chorobą neurodegeneracyjną, która dotyka głównie osoby starsze. Schorzenie jest następstwem zaniku neuronów dopaminergicznych istoty czarnej śródmózgowia, co powoduje zmniejszenie stężenia dopaminy w prążkowiu i jego stopniową degenerację. Do osiowych objawów choroby zalicza się symptomy motoryczne, szczególnie spowolnienie ruchowe, wzmożone napięcie mięśniowe i drżenie spoczynkowe, oraz symptomy wegetatywne, poznawcze i emocjonalne.Teoretyczny model Virginii Henderson w literaturze nazywany jest teorią potrzeb, albo unikatowymi funkcjami pielęgniarki. Nadrzędnymi pojęciami odgrywającymi kluczową rolę w tym modelu są: osoba, zdrowie, środowisko i pielęgniarstwo. Celem pracy było opracowanie modelu opieki według teorii pielęgnowania Virginii Henderson nad pacjentem z chorobą Parkinsona z uwzględnieniem jego sfery somatycznej i psychicznej. Aby osiągnąć zamierzony cel, skorzystano z metody studium przypadku i zastosowano następujące techniki badawcze:-wywiad pielęgniarski -wywiad epidemiologiczny-obserwacja objawów chorobowych , zachowań i umiejętności-podstawowe pomiaryOraz narzędzia badawcze:-dokumentacja medyczna lekarska i pielęgniarska -wyniki badań.Niniejsza praca składa się z siedmiu rozdziałów. W pierwszym rozdziale, w oparciu o literaturę opisano chorobę Parkinsona. W drugim rozdziale przedstawiono model opieki według teorii pielęgnowania Virginii Henderson. Trzeci rozdział zawiera historię choroby pacjenta z opisem jego stanu bio-psycho-społecznego. Cel pracy opisano w rozdziale 4. Metodyka zawarta jest w rozdziale 5. Aktualne i potencjalne problemy zdrowotne umieszczono w rozdziale 6. Całość zakończono podsumowaniem i wnioskami.

Parkinson's disease is the second most frequent neurodegenerative disease in the population, which mainly affects older people.The disease appears as a result of loss ofdopaminergic neurons in the substantia nigra of the midbrain. It causes decreasing the amount of dopamine in the striatum and the progressive degeneration.The axial symptoms of the disease include: motor symptoms, especially bradykinesia, increased muscle tone and resting tremor, vegetative, as well as cognitive and emotional symptoms. Theoretical model of Virginia Henderson in the literature is called the theory of needs or unique functions of the nurse. The superior concepts that play a key role in this model are: person, health, environment and nursing.The aim of this study was to create a model of care for a patient with Parkinson's disease by the support of Virginia Henderson nursing theory with regard to patient somatic and mental sphere.To achieve the aim, it was used a case study method and the following techniques:- nursing history - an epidemiological inquiry - observation of symptoms, behaviors and skills - basic measurements And research tools: - medical and nursing records- test results. This studies consists of seven chapters. In the first chapter, on the basis of the literature is described Parkinson's disease. The second chapter presents a model of care by nursing theory of Virginia Henderson. The third chapter contains the patient's medical history with a description of her bio-psycho-social state. Aim of the study is described in Chapter four. Methodology is included in the fifth section . Current and potential health problems are listed in the sixth section. The study are completed with conclusions.
