Autobiographical Text and Translation Issues on the Basis of Narrations of Jozef Bednár Medzi kvapkami dažďa: autizmus - svet pravdy

Celem pracy magisterskiej jest omówienie specyfiki przekładu tekstu autobiograficznego w oparciu o opowiadania Jozefa Bednara ze zbioru Medzi kvapkami dažďa : autizmus - svet pravdy, jak również refleksja nad postawami odpowiedzialności i empatii tłumacza, stanowiącymi głowną problemayką przekładu twórczości autobiograficznej.Praca magisterska porusza również kwestię relacji pomiędzy autorem, tłumaczem i czytelnikiem. Ważną częścią zbioru tekstów, będącego przedmiotem analizy są fotografie, dlatego jeden z rozdziałów poświęcony został związkom między językiem a obrazem.

The aim of the thesis is to characterize the specifications of the translation of autobiographical texts based on collection of narrations of Jozef Bednar from his book Medzi kvapkami dažďa : autizmus - svet pravdy. Thesis also mirrors the reflections on the characteristics of responsibility and empathy of translator, wchich present the crucial issues of translation of autobiographical work. Thesis deals with the questions of relations among author, translator and recipient. The very important part of text collection, presented as the subject of the analysis, are photographs, due to the fact that one of the chapters deals with the relations between language and image.
