Republic of Kosovo's road to fully-fledged membership in the European Union

Praca porusza również historię tego regionu i kwestię przynależności terytorium Republiki Kosowa do Republiki Albanii i Republiki Serbii. Uwzględniona została również polityka Unii Europejskiej i państw członkowskich względem ewentualnego rozszerzenia organizacji.

This thesis discusses the changes that have taken place in the Republic of Kosovo in the context of the Copenhagen Criteria, with an exceptional emphasis on the external and internal situation. The reforms of the judiciary, corruption, social and anti-discrimination policy have also been discussed. The paper also deals with the history of this region and the question of belonging to the Republic of Kosovo to the Republic of Albania and the Republic of Serbia. The policy of the European Union and the Member States regarding the possible extension of the organization has also been taken into account.
