Zinaida Gippius' Philosophy of Love on the Basis of Poetry, Journalistic Writings and Memoirs.

Celem niniejszej pracy licencjackiej jest przedstawienie filozofii miłości w twórczości Zinaidy Gippius. Praca składa się ze wstępu, dwóch rozdziałów, zakończenia oraz streszczenia w języku rosyjskim. W pierwszym rozdziale omówiono charakterystykę form literackich Gippius, jej podstawowe koncepcje miłosne oraz wpływ innych twórców rosyjskiego Srebrnego Wieku na filozoficzne poglądy twórczyni. W drugim rozdziale autor poświęcił swoją uwagę filozofii płci poetki oraz idei androgynizmu, jako że oba te pojęcia są kluczowe dla zrozumienia filozofii Erosa w ujęciu Gippius. W związku z koncepcją androgynizmu omówione zostały także kwestie bogoczłowieczeństwa oraz ideału nieśmiertelności, będące ze sobą ściśle powiązane. W zakończeniu autor zawarł najważniejsze wnioski dotyczące tematu pracy.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to present Zinaida Gippius' philosophy of love in her literary works. The thesis is composed of an introduction, two chapters, a conclusion and a summary in Russian language. In the first chapter, the author outlined the characteristics of Gippius' literary genres, her basic concepts of love and an influence of the other Russian Silver Age authors on her philosophical views. In the second chapter, the author focused on the poetess's philosophy of gender and the idea of androgyny, as these two notions are essential to understanding Gippius' philosophy of love. In relation to the concept of androgyny, the author also discussed the issues of Divine Humanity and the idea of immortality, since they are closely linked to each other. In the last part of the dissertation, the author drew the main conclusions concerning the subject of the thesis.
