Assessment of the quality management system in the laboratory in accordance with PN-EN ISO/IEC 17025: 2018-02 standard in Grupa Azoty ZAK S.A.

Celem badań niniejszej pracy jest ocena spełnienia wymagań wybranej normy PN-EN ISO/IEC 17025:2018-02 przez Laboratorium Badań Środowiskowych i Energetycznych Grupy Azoty ZAK S.A. W szczególności analizie poddane zostały stosowane procedury oraz widoczny podczas auditu stan faktyczny działalności. Badania opracowano z wykorzystaniem metody badania dokumentów, check-listy oraz auditu. Praca odpowiada na pytanie: czy badane laboratorium jest kompetentne do prowadzenia działalności laboratoryjnej zgodnie z posiadanym certyfikatem akredytacji? Przeprowadzona analiza jest oparta o wymagania normy PN-EN ISO/IEC 17025:2018-02.
The aim of this work is to assess compliance with the requirements of the selected standard PN-EN ISO/IEC 17025:2018-02 by Laboratory for Environmental and Energy Research placed at the Grupa Azoty ZAK S.A. Applied procedures and the actual state visible during the audit were analysed in particular. The researches were developed using the methods of document examination, check-list and audit. The main problem of the work is to answer: if the laboratory is competent to lead the laboratory activity in accordance with the held accreditation certificate? The analysis is based on the requirements of the PN-EN ISO / IEC 17025: 2018-02 standard.
