Tematem mojej pracy licencjackiej jest „Świadczenie wychowawcze 500 Plus”. Jest to jeden z zasiłków społecznych wprowadzonych w 2016r. przez Rząd Polski, którego inicjacja była już w 2011 r. Głównym celem programu jest pomoc dla najuboższych rodzin, ale też dla wszystkich rodzin, które spełniają warunki wymagane, aby móc ubiegać się o zapomogę. Warunkami, aby uzyskać możliwość korzystania z świadczenia jest posiadanie obywatelstwa polskiego bądź karty stałego pobytu (dotyczy to cudzoziemców) jak i również trzeb spełniać kryteria związane z dochodami rodziny. Kolejnym aspektem mojej pracy jest przedstawienie organów państwowych, które zajmują się przyjmowaniem wniosków i wydawaniem świadczenia wychowawczego w kwocie 500 złotych. Praca przedstawia informacje jakie ważne dokumenty są potrzebne, aby pomoc uzyskać. Wyodrębniona jest również informacja o osobach, którym świadczenie nie jest przyznawane. W dalszej części przedstawiam koszty związane z utrzymaniem i wprowadzeniem programu w życie. Następnie ukazuję statystyki tego w jaki sposób zasiłek wpłynął na społeczeństwo polskie, czy poprawił zamożność obywateli oraz czy w sposób właściwy zostaje wykorzystywany. Analizuję w tym zakresie dane dotyczące gmin, które najczęściej korzystają z pomocy oraz pokazuję z jaką liczbą dzieci rodziny najczęściej pobierają zasiłek. Przedstawiam również pozytywne i negatywne przesłanki, które niesie za sobą program. Na zakończenie pracy opisuję w jakim zakresie organy państwowe mają możliwość kontroli rodzin, które korzystają z dofinansowania społecznego. W podsumowaniu pracy, rozpatruje wszystkie wymienione aspekty wraz z własną oceną świadczenia .
