Human organs trafficking

Niniejsza praca dotyczy handlu organami ludzkimi. Głównym celem jest analiza problemu z perspektywy prawa obowiązującego w wybranych krajach świata poprzez ukazanie skali zjawiska i interpretację aktów prawnych. Przedstawione zagadnienie prezentuje jego złożoność oraz obecność we współczesnym świecie. Cała praca podzielona została na trzy rozdziały. Pierwszy z nich traktuje o handlu ludźmi. Definiuje pojęcia handlu ludźmi w oparciu o międzynarodowe dokumenty oraz ukazuje różne formy handlu ludźmi: handel kobietami, handel dziećmi, przymusową pracę oraz handel organami. Rozdział drugi skupia się na problemie handlu narzadami ludzkimi. Przedstawia skalę zjawiska we współczesnym świecie oraz formy handlu organami. Rozdział trzeci to analiza uregulowań prawnych w dwu zupełnie różnych krajach świata - Indie i Polska.

The thesis deals with a topic of human organ trafficking. The main purpose is analysing the problem from the legal perspective in selected countries by showing the phenomenon and interpretation of legal acts. The issue presents its complexity and presence in the modern world. The whole thesis has been divided into three chapters. The first one is about human trafficking and defines the concept of human trafficking based on international acts and shows various forms of human trafficking. The second chapter focuses on the problem of human organ trafficking. It presents the scale of the phenomenon in todays world and forms of organ trade. The third chapter is an analysis of legal regulations in two completely different countries of the world - India and Poland.
