Model of patient care in the case of cardiac infarction

Praca zatytułowana „Model opieki nad pacjentem w zawale mięśnia sercowego” jest pracą opisową, składającą się z dwóch głównych rozdziałów zawierających tematyczne podrozdziały. Całość pracy zakończona jest podsumowaniem tematu. W części pierwszej przedstawione zostały podstawy teoretyczne zawał mięśnia sercowego świetle dostępnej literatury, takie jak:, anatomia i fizjologia serca, definicja zawału mięśnia sercowego, etiologia i patogenezę. Rozdział ten przedstawia również postępowanie przedszpitalne z pacjentem oraz charakterystyczne objawy choroby. W rozdziale pierwszym ukazane zostało leczenia i diagnostyka zawału mięśnia sercowego oraz kontrola czynników ryzyka Druga część poświęcona jest w całości modelowi opieki nad pacjentem w zawale mięśnia sercowego, opierającym się na modelu pielęgnowania wg Dorothy Orem. Przedstawione tam zostały również najistotniejsze problemy pacjenta z zawałem mięśnia sercowego oraz planowane działania opiekuńcze nad pacjentem w zawale mięśnia sercowego.

The paper bearing the title ‛Model of patient care in the case of cardiac infarction‛ is a descriptive paper, consisting of two main chapters, containing subchapters devoted to separate subjects. The entire paper is concluded with the recapitulation of the subject. In the first part, the theoretical foundations of cardiac infarction in the light of available literature such as: the anatomy and physiology of the heart, the definition of cardiac infarction, etiology and pathogenesis, were presented. This chapter presents as well a course of pre-hospital actions concerning a patient, and also the distinctive symptoms of this condition. In the first chapter, the treatment and diagnostics of cardiac infarction, and also controlling risk factors, were presented. The second part is, in its entirety, devoted to the model of patient care in the case of cardiac infarction based on the model of care developed by Dorotha Orem. It is as well the most important problems of a patient suffering from cardiac infarction, and also planned care actions concerning a patient suffering from this condition, that were presented in it.
