Chytridiomikoza as a serious threat to amphibian populations.

Poniższa praca ma na celu wprowadzenie i omówienie tematu chytridiomikozy w kontekście jej zagrożenia dla populacji płazów. Na początku pracy przedstawiono ogólną charakterystykę gromady płazów, jako trzech rzędów bardzo różnych od siebie zwierząt. Omówiono budowę i funkcję skóry, jako głównego narządu, który ma kluczowe znaczenie w tej chorobie. W kolejnym rozdziale skupiono się na współczesnym wymieraniu płazów; dokonano analizy tego niepokojącego zjawiska, wymieniono i opisano najważniejsze jego przyczyny. W czwartym rozdziale skupiono się na problemie podjętym w temacie pracy. Na początku krótko przedstawiono historię choroby, tj. miejsce, ramy czasowe odkrycia i związane z tym okoliczności. Kolejno skupiono się na samej chorobie; scharakteryzowano patogeny za nią odpowiedzialne. Następnie podjęto temat związany z możliwymi przyczynami powstania choroby i szerzej zanalizowano przebieg i cały jej mechanizm. Na końcu przedstawiono proponowane działania, jakie można i trzeba podjąć w walce z tą chorobą.

This thesis aims to introduce and discuss the topic chytridiomikozy in the context of its threat to amphibian populations. At the beginning of the thesis describes the general characteristics of the cluster amphibians, as three rows of very different animals. The construction and function of the skin, as the main organ that is critical in this disease. The next chapter focuses on contemporary extinction of amphibians; an analysis of this disturbing phenomenon, lists and describes the most important cause. In the fourth chapter focuses on the problem of work undertaken in the subject line. At the beginning briefly shows the history of the disease, ie. Location, timing discovery and related circumstances. Subsequently focused on the same disease; characterized pathogens responsible for it. Then it was a topic related to possible causes of disease emergence and widely analyzed the course and all its mechanism. At the end of a suggested actions that can and should be taken in the fight against this disease.
