The importance of cloud computing for Polish enterprises

Niniejsza praca ma na celu przedstawienie znaczenia modelu chmury obliczeniowej dla polskich przedsiębiorstw z sektora MŚP, z uwzględnieniem najważniejszych cech i specyfiki modelu. Praca złożona jest z trzech rozdziałów. Pierwszy rozdział poświęcony jest tematyce outsourcingu informatycznego, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem jego etapów oraz funkcji informatycznych realizowanych w jego ramach. W drugim rozdziale scharakteryzowano pojęcie cloud computingu oraz wykazano jego typy oraz klasyfikację warstw chmury obliczeniowej. W trzecim rozdziale scharakteryzowano polski rynek cloud computingu oraz przedstawiono wpływ rozwoju modelu chmury obliczeniowej na sektor małych i średnich przedsiębiorstw.

This paper aims to present the importance of cloud computing model for Polish companies in the SME sector, taking into account the most important features and characteristics of the model. Work consists of three chapters. The first chapter is devoted to IT outsourcing issues, with particular emphasis on the stages and IT functions performed within it. The second chapter characterizes cloud computing and shows the classification of types and layers of cloud computing. In the third chapter characterizes the Polish market of cloud computing and the influence of the development of cloud computing model for the sector of small and medium-sized enterprises.
