Tematyką pracy jest zbadanie zależności pomiędzy spójnością grupową drużyn piłki nożnej a ich poziomem sportowym, kompetencjami społecznymi zawodników oraz temperamentem. Przebadano 57 osób z 5 drużyn piłkarskich, o różnym poziomie sportowym: Ekstraklasa, IV liga, A klasa oraz Świętokrzyska Liga Juniorska. Zastosowano: Kwestionariusz Środowiska Grupowego w adaptacji Marcina Krawczyńskiego, Kwestionariusz Kompetencji Społecznych Anny Matczak oraz Kwestionariusz Temperamentu EAS w adaptacji Włodzimierza Oniszczenko. Potwierdzono jedynie część z założonych hipotez, gdyż wyniki istotne statystycznie nie obejmowały różnic między wszystkimi zespołami. Hipoteza pierwsza potwierdziła się częściowo, charakteryzując wyższą spójnością zespół stojący wyżej w hierarchii. Związek pomiędzy kompetencjami społecznymi, a spójnością grupową nie potwierdził się. Odnotowano występowanie związku pomiędzy poziomem spójności grupowej, a cechami temperamentu. Wykazano zależność między przejawianym poziomem sportowym a cechami temperamentu.Otrzymane wyniki wskazują na potrzebę dalszej eksploracji zjawiska spójności grupowej i rozszerzenie ilości osób i drużyn badanych.

The aim of this study is to analyse the relation between the group cohesion and sport level of football teams, the social competence of the players and their temperament. The participants of the study were 57 people from 5 different soccer teams which were on different levels of professional soccer: Ekstraklasa – top division, IV liga, A klasa and Świętokrzyska Liga Juniorska. For the realization of the above mentioned aim the following questionnaires were used: polish version of Group Environmental Questionnaire, polish version of the EAS Temperament. Questionnaire and Questionnaire of Social Competences. Only a part of assumed hypotheses were confirmed. Firstly, the effect between the group cohesion and the sport level of soccer teams was indeed found. Secondly, it was observed that the relationship between the group cohesion and temperament genuinely existed. There was no effect found between the social competence, group cohesion and sport level. The relationship between sport level and temperament was observed. The results of the study indicate the need for further research. This study also suggests expanding the number of items in the questionnaire and people covered by research.
