Outsourcing in financial services in the world

W niniejszej pracy scharakteryzowano outsourcing usług finansowych na świecie na przykładzie Indii i Filipin. Zaprezentowano czynniki atrakcyjności, wpływające na globalny model funkcjonowania przedsiębiorstw, konkurencyjność i zrównoważony rozwój w długim okresie. Opisano korzyści w skali mikro i makroekonomicznej umożliwiające wzrost poprzez dostęp do innowacyjnych rozwiązań i nowoczesnych technologii. Ukazano rolę outsourcingu w sektorze usług finansowych i jego fundamentalne znaczenie we wzroście i rozwoju ekonomicznym świata. Na przykładzie Indii i Filipin przedstawiono wpływ outsourcingu na poprawę koniunktury gospodarczej, polepszenie warunków bytowych ludności, rozwój regionalny. Zilustrowano go, jako metodę na modernizację przedsiębiorstwa, dostęp do innowacyjności, specjalistycznej wiedzy i redukcji kosztów.

The main purpose on this thesis is to show outsourcing in the world financial services based on examples such as India and Philipines. Apart of that the factors of attractiveness that have influence an operational global model, competitiveness and sustainable development in the long term period are presented. The benefits in micro- and macro-economic scale that enable the growth through access to innovative solutions and modern technologies are described. The role of outsourcing in financial services, his value in the economic growth and development is presented. Based on India and Philipines examples the influence on financial situation, the population living conditions and regional development is shown. Outsourcing is illustrated as an enterprise method for the modernization, innovation, access to expertise and cost reduction.
