European Green Deal and its implementation on the example of Poland.

Europejski Zielony Ład niewątpliwie stanowi jeden z najistotniejszych projektów legislacyjnych Unii Europejskiej ostatnich lat, a krytyczny stan środowiska naturalnego wymaga zdecydowanych działań. Celem poniższej pracy licencjackiej jest przedstawienie Europejskiego Zielonego Ładu oraz jego implementacji w Polsce. Autor analizuje obecną sytuację środowiska naturalnego zarówno w Polsce, jak i Europie oraz negatywne skutki kryzysu klimatycznego. Używając metody opisowej i historycznej zaprezentowano genezę powstania inicjatywy, jej cele i założenia oraz sposoby finansowania, a także poszczególne polityki wchodzące w jej skład. Ostatnia część pracy skupia się na działaniach podejmowanych w Polsce w celu implementacji Europejskiego Zielonego Ładu do polityk krajowych. W pracy bazowano na aktach prawa unijnego czy raportach dotyczących stanu przyrody i klimatu oraz stronach internetowych instytucji unijnych.

The European Green Deal is undoubtedly one of the most important legislative projects of the European Union in recent years, and the critical state of the natural environment requires decisive action. The aim of the following bachelor's thesis is to present the European Green Deal and the process of its implementation in Poland. The author analyzes the current situation of the natural environment both in Poland and Europe and the negative effects of the climate crisis. Using a descriptive and historical method, the text presents the genesis of the initiative, its goals and assumptions, methods of financing, as well as the individual policies included in it. The last part of the work focuses on actions taken in Poland to implement the European Green Deal into national policies.The work was based on EU legal acts or reports on the state of nature and climate and also on the websites of EU institutions.
