Business services offshoring in global world economy

Niniejsza praca stara się przybliżyć zjawisko offshoringu usług biznesowych we współczesnej gospodarce. Głównym jej celem jest próba analizy i oceny offshoringu funkcji personalnej z równoczesnym wskazaniem możliwych usprawnień w jednej z korporacji, mającej siedzibę na terenie województwa małopolskiego.Rozdział pierwszy stanowi wprowadzenie do tematu pracy czyli offshoringu usług biznesowych, zawiera definicje pojęcia offshoringu, historię jego powstania oraz wady i zalety. Rozważania na temat offshoringu rozwinięte zostały o przesłanki, modele i etapy wdrożenia go do organizacji. Rozdział ten definiuje również pojęcie usług oraz określa znaczenie usług biznesowych w gospodarce. W rozdziale drugim opisana została rola globalizacji i jej wpływu na rozwój offshoringu. W dalszej części rozdziału przedstawione zostały firmy bedące globalnymi liderami a analizie poddany został sektor usług offshoringowych w Europie Środkowo-Wschodniej. Następnie przedstawiony został rynek w polski a cały rozdział kończy się charakterystyką usług offshoringowych na terenie aglomeracji krakowskiej. Rozdział trzeci zawiera profil działalności firmy świadczącej między innymi usługi offshoringowe funkcji personalnej. Analizie poddany został sektor offshoringu funkcji personalnej w ujęciu globalnym a następnie dokonana została diagnoza usług w zakresie spraw personalnych wraz z wyszczególnieniem mocnych i słabych stron oraz wprowadzeniem ewentualnych usprawnień. Dalsza ocena działalności organizacji opiera sie na przedstawieniu procesów służących realizacji zadań z zakresu offshoringu funkcji personalnej, prezentuje ich mocne i słabe strony oraz wskazuje możliwe udoskonalenia.

This paper tries to bring the phenomenon of business services offshoring in global world economy. Its main purpose is to try to analyze and evaluate HR offshoring with simultaneous indication of possible improvements in one of the corporation resident in southern Poland.The first chapter is an introduction to the topic of business services offshoring which includes definitions of offshoring, the history of its creation and the pros and cons. Reflections on offshoring have been developed for evidence, models and stages of implementation into the organization. This section also defines the concept of services and identifies the importance of business services in the economy.The second section described the role of globalization and its impact on the development of offshoring. The next section presents the companies that are global leaders and analyzes the offshoring services sector in Central and Eastern Europe. Then is presented in the Polish market and the chapter ends with the characteristics of offshoring services in the metropolitan of Krakow.The third chapter contains a profile of the company providing among other services offshoring HR function. Analyzes the offshoring sector personnel function in a global context and the diagnosis was made services personnel issues with the specification of the strengths and weaknesses and the introduction of possible improvements. Further assessment of the organization is based on the presentation of the processes for the implementation of the tasks of the personnel function offshoring presents their strengths and weaknesses and suggests possible improvements.
