The Importance of Outsourcing in the Organization

Outsourcing jest jedną z wielu metod zarządzania jakością, polegającą na wydzieleniu funkcji ze struktury organizacyjnej przedsiębiorstwa i przekazaniu do realizacji innym podmiotom. Celem niniejszej pracy jest ukazanie znaczenia outsourcingu w działalności organizacji oraz zbadanie czy pracownicy uważają, że zastosowanie outsourcingu w przedsiębiorstwie zwiększy jego efektywność. W badaniu wykorzystano metodę sondażu diagnostycznego – kwestionariusz ankietowy online. Uzyskano odpowiedzi od 60 pracowników będących jednocześnie studentami Wydziału Zarządzania i Komunikacji Społecznej Uniwersytetu Jagiellońskiego. Wyniki badania wykazały, że zastosowanie outsourcingu zwiększy efektywność przedsiębiorstwa.

Outsourcing is one of the many methods of quality management, consisting of separating functions from the organizational structure of the company and transferring it to other entities for implementation. This master thesis aims to show the importance of outsourcing in an organization and to examine whether employees believe that the use of outsourcing in the enterprise will increase its effectiveness. The study used the method of a diagnostic survey - an online questionnaire. Responses were obtained from 60 employees who are students of the Faculty of Management and Social Communication of the Jagiellonian University. The results of the study showed that the use of outsourcing will increase the company's efficiency.
