Celem artykułu jest prezentacja wyników badań własnych 90 spraw sądowych i prokuratorskich przedstawiających relację między prawidłowo przeprowadzonymi oględzinami a procesem wykrywczym sprawców zabójstw. Niniejsza problematyka zostanie przedstawiona poprzez kolejne etapy postępowania karnego.
Abstract in English
The objective of this study is to present the results of the author’s own research of 90 court and inquisitorial cases in which inspections were conducted in killing cases. The presentation of the research issues will be analysed from the viewpoint of implementing the rules for conducting these procedures.
