Trust services in Poland

Celem niniejszej pracy jest zaprezentowanie wykorzystania usług zaufania w ochronie zdrowia w Polsce. Analizie poddano przystosowanie się tego sektora do szybko zmieniających się technologii oraz ich bezpieczeństwa. Przedstawienie tematu opiera się na dostępnym piśmiennictwie i stanowi próbę zarysowania zagadnienia, nie będąc jednocześnie dogłębną analizą problemu. Praca ma charakter opisowy i składa się z kilku części. W opracowaniu zostaną przedstawione regulacje prawne dotyczące funkcjonowania usług zaufania w sektorze ochrony zdrowia. Pierwszy rozdział definiuje różne typy tych usług, a także opisuje organizacje i podmioty, które je świadczą w kontekście polskim. W opracowaniu przedstawiono kwestie regulacyjne i prawne dotyczące funkcjonowania usług zaufania w sektorze ochrony zdrowia. Pierwsze rozdziały skupiają się na definicjach i różnych typach tych usług, a także na organizacjach i podmiotach, które je świadczą w kontekście polskim. W kolejnych rozdziałach opisane są poszczególne rozwiązania eIDAS, tj. podpis elektroniczny, pieczęć elektroniczna, elektroniczny znacznik czasu, elektroniczne doręczenie oraz usługi uwierzytelniania.   Przedstawiono definicje, procedury i wymagania dotyczące wykorzystania tych narzędzi oraz ich zastosowania w obszarze opieki zdrowotnej. Praca ta ma na celu przedstawienie aktualnego stanu wykorzystania usług zaufania w sektorze ochrony zdrowia w Polsce oraz perspektywy rozwoju tego obszaru w przyszłości, tym samym może być wartościowa naukowo. Celem jej jest zwiększenie świadomości o roli usług zaufania oraz poszerzenie wiedzy na temat istniejących usług.

The purpose of this paper is to present the use of trust services in health care in Poland. The adaptation of this sector to rapidly changing technologies and their security is analyzed. The presentation of the topic is based on the available literature and is an attempt to outline the issue without being an in-depth analysis of the problem.  The paper is descriptive in nature and consists of several parts.  The paper will present regulatory and legal issues concerning the operation of trust services in the health sector. The first chapters will focus on the definitions and different types of these services, as well as on the organizations and entities that provide them in the Polish context. The first chapters focus on the definitions and different types of these services, as well as on the organizations and entities that provide them in the Polish context.  The following chapters describe the various eIDAS solutions, i.e. electronic signature, electronic seal, electronic time stamp, electronic delivery and authentication services.   Definitions, procedures and requirements for the use of these tools and their application in the healthcare field are presented.  This work aims to present the current status of the use of trust services in the health care sector in Poland and the prospects for the development of this area in the future, thus it can be of scientific value. It aims to raise awareness about the role of trust services and to expand knowledge about existing services.
