Praca magisterska poświęcona jest tematyce barwników i pigmentów stosowanych w przemyśle kosmetycznym. Celem pracy jest przeprowadzenie kompleksowej analizy oraz charakterystyki tych substancji chemicznych, które stanowią fundamentalne składniki wielu produktów kosmetycznych. W pracy poruszono zagadnienia związane z teoretycznymi podstawami, składem chemicznym, metodami otrzymywania, klasyfikacją, zastosowaniem oraz bezpieczeństwem stosowania barwników i pigmentów w kosmetyce. The master's thesis is dedicated to the topic of dyes and pigments used in the cosmetic industry. The aim of the thesis is to conduct a comprehensive analysis and characterization of these chemical substances, which constitute fundamental components of many cosmetic products. The thesis addresses issues related to theoretical foundations, chemical composition, methods of obtaining, classification, application, and safety of using dyes and pigments in cosmetics.In the theoretical part, definitions and classifications of dyes and pigments, their history of use, and their significance in the cosmetic industry are discussed. Subsequently, the chemical composition and physical properties of these substances, as well as methods of their obtaining, including chemical synthesis and natural extraction, are presented.A key element of the thesis is the classification of dyes and pigments used in cosmetics, which includes natural, synthetic, mineral, and organic pigments. Legal regulations regarding the use of these substances and studies on their safety are also presented.In subsequent chapters, the application of dyes and pigments in cosmetics is discussed, including in facial makeup, permanent makeup, body and hair care products, and tattooing.The thesis is based on an analysis of available literature sources and data related to scientific research in the field of cosmetology and cosmetic chemistry.
