The causes and effects of stress in the assessment of employees.

Poniższa praca składa się z trzech rozdziałów. Pierwszy z nich poświęcony jest problematyce stresu w teorii organizacji i zarządzania, który ma za zadanie przybliżyć wybrane rodzaje i koncepcje stresu. Drugi rozdział skupia się na metodyce badań, który opowiada o wybranej metodzie badawczej i głównych założeniach badania. Ankieta została rozesłana do respondentów w formie zdalnej za pomocą ankiety gogle. Trzeci rozdział poświęcony jest analizie zebranych wyników i ich interpretacji. Pozwoliło to na przedstawienie przyczyny i skutków pojawiania się stresu wśród pracowników, zwłaszcza w okresie pandemii oraz wyciagnięcie wniosków. Praca miała na celu zbadanie przyczyn i skutków stresu wśród pracowników zarówno przed, jak i w trakcie pandemii. Badania dały odpowiedz na pytanie, czy pojawił się nowy rodzaj stresu związany z pracą online i jak sobie z nim radzić.

The work below consists of three chapters. The first one is devoted to the issues of stress in the theory of organization and management, which aims to introduce selected types and concepts of stress. The second chapter focuses on the research methodology, which tells about the chosen research method and the main assumptions of the research. The survey was sent to respondents remotely using the goggle survey. The third chapter is devoted to the analysis of the collected results and their interpretation. It made it possible to present the causes and effects of stress among employees, especially during a pandemic, and to draw conclusions. The work was aimed at investigating the causes and effects of stress among workers both before and during the pandemic. Research has answered the question of whether there is a new type of stress related to online work and how to deal with it.
