The article presents the Ukrainian-Russian relations through the prism of the referendum in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea. In Chapter I contains the history of the Crimean peninsula. Chapter II describes the institution of the referendum as a form of direct democracy and the related regulations in Ukraine and Crimea. In Chapter III, I write about the issue of independence of Crimea, the Russian language the status of the peninsula and the Black Sea Fleet.
Praca przedstawia stosunki ukraińsko-rosyjskie przez pryzmat referendum w Autonomicznej republice Krymu. W Rozdziale I zawarto historię Półwyspu Krymskiego. Rozdział II opisuje instytucję referendum jako formy demokracji bezpośredniej oraz regulacje z nim związane na Ukrainie i na Krymie. W Rozdziale III piszę o problemie niepodległości Krymu, statusie języka rosyjskiego na półwyspie oraz o Flocie Czarnomorskiej.
