Praca przedstawia charakterystykę procesu zarządzania jakością. Celem niniejszej pracy magisterskiej jest charakterystyka zarządzania jakości wraz z uwzględnieniem projektowania, wdrażania i doskonalenia systemu zarządzania jakości. Celem badań niniejszej pracy jest zrozumienie zarządzania jakości i Dostępnych w tym celu instrumentów. Praca składa się z czterech rozdziałów opatrzonych wstępem i zakończeniem. W pierwszym rozdziale przedstawiono ogólną charakterystykę związaną z tematyką zarządzania jakości. Kolejne rozdziały poświęcone są już typowo projektowania, wdrażania i doskonalenia systemu zarządzania jakości.
The following work introduces the characteristics of the quality management process. The aim of this master’s thesis is to present the quality management as well as designing, implementing and improving the quality management system. The surveys of the following work aim at understanding the quality management and its instruments. The thesis comprises four chapters encompassed by the introduction and the conclusion. The first chapter presents the general characteristics related to the subject of the quality management. Further chapters are specifically devoted to designing, implementing and improving the quality management system.
