The subject of this master's thesis is the institution of adverse possession of transmission easements.The master's thesis includes four chapters.The first chapter concerns general issues regarding adverse possession and the preliminary identification of the provisions of substantive law that regulate the institution of adverse possession of transmission easements.The second chapter discusses issues related to having an easement and the designation of "having a transmission easement". The above chapter comprehensively presents the positions of the doctrine and jurisprudence in the field of possession, and also explains the specific nature of possessing a transmission easement. Particular attention is paid to the issue of the holder of a transmission easement. At the end of this chapter, considerations regarding the subject of possessing a transmission easement are included.The subject of the analysis in the third chapter is the premise of "using a permanent and visible transmission device" as a condition for adverse possession of the easement, specific to transmission easements. The first part of this chapter explains the meaning of the concept of "transmission device", and then examines the legal status of the transmission device under the repealed and currently applicable regulations, with particular emphasis on the achievements of the doctrine and case law. At the end of this chapter, the concepts of using a "persistent" and "visible" transmission device are explained.Chapter four covers the analysis of the premise of the passage of time, as well as the impact of good or bad faith on this premise.
