French specialized administrative courts compared to Polish administrative judiciary

Celem niniejszej pracy było opisanie administracyjnych sądów specjalizacyjnych we Francji, a następnie odpowiedzenie na pytanie, czy warto byłoby wprowadzić podobne rozwiązania do polskich uregulowań. Powyższe rozważania są oparte na francuskojęzycznych źródłach z uwagi na małą ilość materiałów dostępnych w języku polskim. Wykorzystano zarówno dzieła naukowe, jak i ustawy, rozporządzenia i strony internetowe. Praca składa się z trzech rozdziałów, z których pierwszy z nich opisuje system francuski i przedstawia jego tło historyczne. Drugi jest poświęcony przedstawieniu francuskich organów sądownictwa administracyjnego. Trzeci dotyczy krótkiej charakterystyki organów polskiego sądownictwa, następnie zestawia system francuski z systemem polskim, a na końcu jest próbą zanalizowania problemu wprowadzenia podobnego uregulowania w Polsce.

The aim of this thesis was to describe French specialized administrative courts and then to answer the question of whether it would be worthwhile to introduce similar solutions into Polish regulations. The above analysis is based on French-language sources due to the small amount of material available in Polish. Academic works, as well as laws, regulations, and websites, have been used. The work consists of three chapters, the first describing the French system and providing its historical background. The second is devoted to the presentation of the French administrative justice authorities. The third concerns a brief characterisation of the organs of the Polish judiciary then juxtaposes the French system with the Polish system and finally attempts to analyze the problem of introducing a similar regulation in Poland.
