Analysis of the migration policies of selected European Union countries

Praca obejmuje analizę polityki migracyjnej wybranych państw Unii Europejskiej – Polski, Hiszpanii i Holandii. Badane tematy obejmują teoretyczne rozważania na gruncie ruchów migracyjnych oraz praktyczne porównanie modeli polityk migracyjnych. W toku pracy weryfikacji zostały poddane hipotezy badawcze pod kątem restrykcyjności strategii migracyjnych poszczególnych państw, liczby i zakresu aktów prawnych dotyczących tego zjawiska oraz adekwatności przyjętych regulacji prawnych na tym gruncie. Podczas formułowania pracy wykorzystano metodologię badań w postaci analizy piśmiennictwa - literatury kierunkowej, dotyczącej zjawiska migracji w Europie.

The thesis involves an analysis of the migration policies of selected European Union countries – Poland, Spain, and the Netherlands. The research topics encompass theoretical considerations within the framework of migration movements as well as a practical comparison of migration policy models. Throughout the study, research hypotheses were verified in terms of the restrictiveness of the migration strategies of the individual countries, the number and scope of legal acts concerning this phenomenon, and the adequacy of the adopted legal regulations in this context. The methodology employed in this thesis included a comprehensive literature review of scholarly sources addressing the phenomenon of migration in Europe.
