Implementation of the stakeholder involvement management process in the Academy of the Future program

Praca pt. "Wdrożenie procesu zarządzania zaangażowaniem wolontariuszy do programu Akademii Przyszłości" porusza problematykę zarządzania zaangażowaniem wolontariuszy za pomocą poza finansowych narzędzi motywowania. Autorka skupia się w pracy na wolontariacie w programie Akademia Przyszłości realizowanego przez Stowarzyszenie WIOSNA. Głównej analizie poddana jest rola Tutora. Praca stanowi dokument przedstawiający przeprowadzone przez autorkę badanie w działaniu we własnej organizacji - opisuje proces tworzenia badania, jego realizację i analizę wyników. Efektem badania jest zestaw narzędzi proponowanych do wdrożenia w programie, w celu podniesienia zaangażowania wolontariuszy w program oraz ich zadowolenia z pracy w roli Tutora. Przedstawione narzędzia odpowiadają na potrzeby wolontariuszy wyrażone w badaniu ankietowym, bazują na własnym doświadczeniu autorki w programie Akademia Przyszłości oraz korespondują z literaturą przytoczoną w pracy.

Work titled "The implementation of the volunteer involvement management process into the Future Academy program" raises the issues of managing volunteer involvement using non-financial motivational tools. The author focuses on volunteering in the Academy of the Future program implemented by the WIOSNA Association. The role of the Tutor is subjected to the main analysis.The work is a document presenting the study carried out by the author in action in her own organization - describes the process of creating the study, its implementation and analysis of the results. The result of the research is a set of tools proposed for implementation in the program in order to increase the involvement of volunteers in the program and their satisfaction with working as a Tutor. The presented tools meet the needs of volunteers expressed in the survey, based on the author's own experience in the Academy of the Future program and correspond with the literature cited at work.
