Celem pracy jest zidentyfikowanie zachowań informacyjnych użytkowników forumpsychiatria.pl. Internet stanowi źródło informacji medycznej, w którym użytkownicy mogąwyszukiwać informacje dotyczące tematów ich interesujących. Istotnym elementem jestświadomość nieprawdziwości niektórych informacji zawartych w sieci. W pracy zostałyprzytoczone definicje e-pacjenta oraz grupy wsparcia. Niniejsza praca przedstawiazachowania informacyjne występujące na forach internetowych i grupach dyskusyjnych.Omówione zostały przykładowe strony mające formę grup wsparcia online. W pracywykorzystano metodę analizy i krytyki piśmiennictwa oraz metodę analizy treści. Wrezultacie przedstawiono potrzeby informacyjne oraz zachowania informacyjne przejawianeprzez użytkowników aktywnych w dziale „Choroba Afektywna Dwubiegunowa”. Wzakończeniu rozdziału drugiego zostały przedstawione wnioski.

The aim of the work is to identify information behaviors of psychiatria.pl forum users. TheInternet is a source of medical information in which users can search for information abouttopics of interest. An important element is the awareness of the falseness of some of theinformation contained in the network. The definitions of the e-patient and support groups arequoted in the paper. This work presents information behaviors occurring on Internet forumsand discussion groups. Examples of websites in the form of online support groups arediscussed. The work uses the method of analysis and criticism of the literature and the methodof content analysis. As a result, information needs and information behaviors demonstrated byusers active in the "Affective Bipolar Syndrome" department were presented. In the end, theconclusions of the second chapter are presented.
