Celem niniejszej pracy jest przybliżanie tematyki związanej z zabytkami drewnianymi Indian obszaru północnego zachodu ameryki północnej. W poszczególnych rozdziałach omówione są konkretne plemiona ich kultura oraz sztukę. Podsumowanie zawiera cechy wspólne dla tego regionu i przetrwałe do współczesności. Do pracy dołączone zostały ilustracje.

The aim of this study is to present the issues related to wooden monuments Indian of Northwest coast of America. The individual chapters are discussed certain tribes, their culture and the arts. Summary contains the common features to the region and persisting to the present. The work also includes illustrations.
