Internet risk in cyberspace. The project lesson library for children in primary school.

Celem niniejszej pracy jest przedstawienie problematyki związanej z cyberzagrożeniami wobec dzieci i promocją profilaktyki bezpieczeństwa w cyberprzestrzeni. W zasadniczym rozdziale omówiono podstawowe aspekty związane z definicją i typologią zagrożeń w sieci. Zwrócono uwagę na aspekt przestępstw internetowych i zagrożeń intelektualnych oraz uznano, je za szczególnie niebezpieczne dla dzieci. W kolejnym rozdziale ukazano również stan zaawansowania kompetencji medialnych, informacyjnych i komunikacyjnych, jakimi dysponują dzieci w cyberprzestrzeni oraz wpływem tych kompetencji na bezpieczeństwo dzieci. Zaznaczono rolę kwalifikacji informacyjnych, jakimi dysponują rodzice i nauczyciele oraz wpływem stopnia tych umiejętności na bezpieczeństwo najmłodszych w sieci. Scharakteryzowano inicjatywy, jakie zostały podjęte w ramach promocji wiedzy o cyberzagrożeniach w sieci przez polskie i zagraniczne instytucje. Ostatni rozdział poświęcony jest projektowi lekcji bibliotecznej o cyberzagrożeniach w cyberprzestrzeni dla uczniów szkoły podstawowej.

The aim of this study is to present the issues related to cyber threats against children and promotion of preventive security in cyberspace. The essential chapter covers basic aspects of the definition and typology of threats on the Internet. Attention has been paid to the aspect of Internet crimes and threats intellectual and found them to be particularly dangerous for children. The next chapter is also shown advancement of media competence, information and communication available to children in cyberspace and the impact of these competencies on the safety of children. They noted the role of competence available to parents and teachers and the impact of the degree of these skills in the safety of children on the Web. Characterized initiatives have been taken within the framework of the promotion of knowledge about internet risk on the network, by Polish and foreign institutions. The last chapter is devoted to the project library lessons about Internet risk in cyberspace against children in elementary school.
