Praca ukazuje specyfikę dochodów własnych gminy. Przedstawiono podstawowe pojęcia oraz strukturę tej jednostki samorządu terytorialnego, następnie przeanalizowano zadania, które ona realizuje, jak również kwestie finansowania i nadzoru nad działalnością gminy. Omówione zostały dość szczegółowo sprawozdania roczne z wykonania budżetów najmniejszych jednostek samorządowych w latach 2018-2019. W dalszych rozdziałach zawarto informacje o rodzajach podatków i opłat, które stanowią istotne źródło finansowania owych jednostek, a także przestudiowano kolejno każde z nich.
The work shows the specificity of the municipality's own income. The basic concepts and structure of this local government unit are presented, followed by an analysis of the tasks it performs, as well as the issues of financing and supervision over the activities of the municipality. The annual reports on the execution of the budgets of the smallest local government units in 2018-2019 are discussed in quite a detailed way. The following chapters contain information on the types of taxes and fees that constitute an important source of financing for these units, and each of them is studied in turn.
