W swojej pracy chciałabym przedstawić najważniejsze zagadnienia dotyczące tematu mediacji, a przede wszystkim skupić się na głównych zasadach tej metody ADR. Zazwyczaj proces mrdiacji jest szybki, tani i proceduralnie prostszy, niż proces sądowy. Mediacja jest jedynie jedną z możliwych dróg rozwiązania sporu, lecz wybór odpowiedniej formy rozwiązywania sporu zależy od stron.
In my work I want to present the main issues related to the theme of mediation, and, on the basic rules of this method of ADR. The mediation process is generally considered more prompt,cheap, and procedurally simple than judicial process. Mediation is just one of the possible solutions to the dispute, but the choice of a suitable form of dispute settlement depends on the sides.
