State budget deficit and sources of its financing

Tematem mojej pracy jest „Deficyt budżetu państwa i źródła jego finansowania”. Celem pracy jest ukazanie deficytu budżetowego państwa jako kluczowy problemem makroekonomiczny wielu współczesnych gospodarek. Praca składa się z trzech rozdziałów. Rozdział pierwszy zwiera ogólny zarys najważniejszych pojęć. Przede wszystkim pojęcia deficytu i długu publicznego oraz analizę o przychodach i rozchodach budżetu w Polsce w latach 2001-2019. Rozdział drugi podaje informacje o przyczynach oraz skutkach powstawiania deficytu budżetowego i sposoby działań ograniczające jego powstanie w państwie. W rozdziale trzecim przedstawiam normatywny katalog źródeł finansowania deficytu budżetowego oraz finansowanie krajowe i zagraniczne.

The topic of my thesis is "State budget deficit and its sources of financing". The purpose of the work is to show the state budget deficit as a key macroeconomic problem of many modern economies. The work consists of three chapters. The first chapter contains an overview of the most important concepts. First of all, the concepts of deficit and public debt, as well as an analysis about the income and outgoings of the budget in Poland in 2001-2019. The second chapter gives information about the causes and effects of the formation of the budget deficit and ways of measures to reduce its formation in the state. In the third chapter I present a normative catalog of sources of financing the budget deficit and domestic and foreign financing.
