Doręczenia w postępowaniu podatkowym stanowią zagadnienie bardzo szerokie. W pracy podjęto się próby uporządkowania wiedzy na temat tego zagadnienia prawnego. W pierwszej części zostaje omówione szczegółowo pojęcie doręczenia oraz ogólne zasady odnoszące się do niego. Wspomniane zostają podmioty zajmujące się doręczaniem pism. W dalszej części zostają omówione przedmioty oraz podmioty doręczenia. Rozważane są najczęściej występujące problemy na podstawie orzecznictwa sądów administracyjnych. Omówione zostają obszernie doręczenia właściwe oraz doręczenia zastępcze. Poruszona zostaje kwestia skuteczności doręczenia pism.
Service of documents in tax procedure is a very broad issue. This thesis undertakes an attempt to organize the knowledge about this legal issue. The first part discusses the definition of service in detail, as well as general principles pertaining to it. It mentions legal entities which deal with service of the documents. Further chapters touch on the topic of objects and subjects of service and consider the most common problems on the basis of jurisprudence of the administrative courts.Service proper and substituted service are discussed in great detail. The issue of service’s effectiveness is also addressed.
