The evolution of woman in the social and cultural aspects on the example of Disney animations

Ewolucja kobiet w aspekcie społecznym i kulturowym na przykładzie animacji Disneya podejmuje próbę zarysowania, jak zmienił się obraz kobiety na przestrzeni ostatnich kilkudziesięciu lat. Wychodząc z założenia, że animacje dzięki zawartym w nich alegoriom i stereotypom w szczególny sposób obrazują kondycję człowieka, bada ona sposób kreowania wizerunku kobiet w bajkach Disneya. Autorka przedstawia, w jaki sposób postrzegane są kobiety przez społeczeństwo oraz jak kultura i zmiany społeczne wpływają na ich ewolucję. Zaobserwowane przemiany przenosi na grunt animacji Disneya, wyodrębniając trzy generacje bohaterek. Przedmiotem zainteresowań autorki jest również polityka prowadzona przez wytwórnię i konsekwentne kreowanie przez nią swojego wizerunku. Autorka dostrzega silny wpływ koncernu na kulturę i sposób wychowania młodych pokoleń. The author of the thesis The evolution of women in the social and cultural aspects on the example of Disney animations tries to illustrate how changes the image of women over the last few years. Claiming that the animations so contained in them alegoriom and stereotypes in a special way reflects the human condition, examines how is presented the image of women in Disney animations. The author shows how women are perceived by the public and how culture and social changes affect their evolution. The observed changes are transferred to the ground Disney animation, distinguishing three generations of characters. The subject interests the author is also the policy pursued by the label and the consequent creation of his image. The author sees a strong impact on the company's culture and way of education of the young generations. Analysing the changing image of women, the author also mentions the consequences that entails progressive evolution.
