Poles in Kazakhstan compared to other national minorities

The main aim of the study is the trace of the situation of Poles, who were deported to Kazakhstan during the period from the late 30s of the twentieth century to the present day and presentation of efforts to preserve the Poles against the background of national identity and multiculturalism and multinationality citizens of Kazakhstan. Among other things, the study contains presentation of data on the difficult life situations occurred during the resettlement of Poles and about internal policy of Kazakhstan's government in relation to national minorities.

Celem pracy jest prześledzenie sytuacji polaków deportowanych do Kazachstanu w okresie od końca lat 30-tych XX wieku do czasów dzisiejszych oraz przedstawienie dążeń polaków do zachowania tożsamości narodowej na tle wielonarodowości i wielokulturowości obywateli Kazachstanu. Między innymi przedstawienie danych na temat zaistniałych trudnych sytuacji życiowych polaków w okresie przesiedleń oraz prowadzonej polityce wewnętrznej władz Kazachstanu w stosunku do mniejszości narodowych.
