Przedmiotem niniejszych rozważań jest analiza praktyki orzeczniczej Trybunału Konstytucyjnego dotyczącej zagadnienia zapewnienia zgodności prawa polskiego z prawem Unii Europejskiej przed przystąpieniem przez Rzeczpospolitą Polską do struktur wspólnotowych. Zagadnienie będące przedmiotem niniejszych rozważań zasługuje na uwagę w szczególności ze względu na to, że w okresie stowarzyszeniowym (okresie przedakcesyjnym) wypracowano wiele założeń dotyczących wykładni prawa krajowego zgodnie z prawem wspólnotowym, których rozszerzenia dokonano również w późniejszym orzecznictwie sądu konstytucyjnego.

The subject of these considerations is the analysis of the jurisprudence of the Constitutional Tribunal concerning the issue of ensuring the compliance of Polish law with the law of the European Union before the accession of the Republic of Poland to the European Community structures. The subject matter of these deliberations deserves attention in particular due to the fact that during the association period (pre-accession period) many assumptions concerning the interpretation of national law in accordance with the European Community law have been developed, which have also been extended in the subsequent case law of the Constitutional Tribunal.
