Ghostwriting of diploma theses in 2023

Praca porusza znane, jednak w ostatnich latach nieaktualizowane w literaturze przedmiotu, zagadnienie ghostwritingu prac dyplomowych według stanu na 2023 rok. W trzech rozdziałach dokonano analizy zjawiska ghostwritingu z perspektywy wybranych dziedzin życia, następnie zbadano zjawisko pod kątem prawnokarnym, uwzględniając odpowiedzialność zlecającego napisanie pracy, ghostwritera i ewentualnego pośrednika, a finalnie przedstawiono obraz aktualnego rynku ghostwritingu prac dyplomowych, wsparty zgromadzonymi empirycznie danymi.

The thesis addresses the well-known, but in recent years not updated in the literature, issue of thesis ghostwriting as of 2023. In three chapters, author analyses the phenomenon of ghostwriting from the perspective of selected areas of life, then examines the phenomenon from a criminal law perspective, taking into account the responsibility of the person commissioning the writing of the thesis, the ghostwriter and a possible intermediary. Finally - presents a picture of the current market for thesis ghostwriting, supported by empirically collected data.
