The Institution of the internal deconcentration and its impact on the functioning of public administration.

Przedmiotem pracy magisterskiej jest omówienie instytucji dekoncentracji wewnętrznej i jej wpływu na prawidłowe funkcjonowanie administracji publicznej. W tym celu zostają omówione przepisy prawne regulujące to zagadnienie. Praca jest podzielona na pięć rozdziałów. Pierwszy rozdział opisuje pojęcie dekoncentracji wewnętrznej oraz wyjaśnia związane z tym zagadnienia.Niniejsza praca skupia się na pokazaniu, że dekoncentracja wewnętrzna znajduje zastosowanie w stosunku do wielu organów administracji publicznej. W związku z tym, kolejne rozdziały opisują wykorzystanie dekoncentracji wewnętrznej w działalności konkretnych organów administracji publicznej. W pracy są również zawarte obserwacje i uwagi dotyczące korzystania z dekoncentracji wewnętrznej.

The subject of the master’s dissertation is to present the institution of the internal deconcentration and its importance to the proper functioning of public administration. For this purpose the legal provisions governing this issue are discussed. The work is divided into five chapters. The first chapter describes the concept of internal deconcentration and explains issues associated with it. The master’s thesis is focused on proving that the internal deconcentration applies to the activities of the many public authorities. As a consequence, the further chapters describe the application of the internal deconcentration in the activities of the specific public administration bodies. Observations on the effects of the application of this institution are also presented.
