Rationing administrative and legal in the police

Reglamentacja jest to zjawisko ograniczające określoną działalność lub podporządkowujące ją normom i zasadom określonym przez przepisy prawa. Dokładna i szczegółowa definicja tego zjawiska nie jest możliwa. Reglamentacja dotyczy nie tylko prawa administracyjnego, ale również prawa gospodarczego. Przyczyną tego jest to, iż termin ten odnosi wielu dziedzin i sfer aktywności obywateli oraz dotyczy dużej ilości przepisów i uregulowań, co skutkuje wielowymiarowym charakterem. W swojej pracy skupiłam się na aspekcie reglamentacji w Policji, która jest umundurowaną i uzbrojoną formacją służącą do ochrony bezpieczeństwa i porządku publicznego w kraju. W pracy tej została przedstawiona charakterystyka Policji, jej unormowań prawnych oraz zakres uprawnień jakie ta jednostka posiada w zakresie ograniczenia aktywności obywateli. Ponadto w niniejszej pracy opisane zostały również inne organy, które pełnią funkcje policji administracyjnej.

Rationing is a phenomenon that limits a particular activity or subordinates it to norms and rules defined by law. A precise and detailed definition of this phenomenon is not possible. Regulation concerns not only administrative law, but also commercial law. The reason for this is that the term refers to many areas and spheres of activity of citizens and concerns a large number of rules and regulations, which results in a multidimensional character. In my work, I focused on the aspect of police rationing, which is a uniformed and armed formation serving to protect public safety and order in the country. This work presents the characteristics of the Police, its legal regulations and the range of powers that this unit has in the scope of limiting citizens' activity. In addition, other authorities that perform the functions of the administrative police are also described in this work.
