The evidences named in administrative proceedings

W mojej pracy zajmuję się zagadnieniem środków dowodowych nazwanych w postępowaniu administracyjnym. Praca składa się z trzech rozdziałów. W rozdziale pierwszym opisuję pojęcie i przedmiot dowodu. W rozdziale drugim omawiam klasyfikację środków dowodowych, natomiast w rozdziale trzecim charakteryzuję poszczególne rodzaje dowodów nazwanych oraz ich wpływ na tok postępowania administracyjnego.

In my bachelor thesis I deal with the issue of named evidences in administrative proceedings. The bachelor thesis consists of three chapters. In the first chapter I describe the concept and the subject of evidence. In the second chapter I present the classification of named evidences, while in the third chapter, I characterize particular types of named evidences and their impact on the course of administrative proceedings.
