Tematem pracy jest porównanie instrumentów pomocowych oferowanych branży gastronomicznej podczas pandemii COVID-19. Praca przedstawia problem, w którym znalazła się Polska gastronomia oraz odczucia sektora dotyczących obecnych form antykryzysowych. Skupia się na zapotrzebowaniu pomocowym podczas pandemii COVID-19 w Polsce, Wielkiej Brytanii oraz Irlandii. Przedstawione zostały instrumenty pomocowe pomagające branży gastronomicznej w sytuacji kryzysowej, skala problemu oraz porównane z działaniami oferowanymi w innych krajach Europy.
The subject of this paper is a comparison of aid instruments offered to the food service industry during the COVID-19 pandemic. The work presents the problem in which the Polish food service industry found itself and the feelings of the sector regarding the current anti-crisis forms. Focus on the need for assistance during the COVID-19 pandemic in Poland, the UK and Ireland. It presents aid instruments to help the food service industry in a crisis situation, the scale of the problem and compares them with actions offered in other European countries.
