Praca zawiera naukowe definicje stresu i strategie radzenia sobie z nim. Badania opisują poziom stresu oraz sposoby radzenia sobie z trudnymi sytuacjami w środowisku agentów ubezpieczeniowych firmy Pramerica. Jako sposób badania wybrano anonimową ankietę. Użyto następujących instrumentów: skala pomiaru wypalenia (MBI) oraz skali radzenia sobie z trudnymi sytuacjami. Wskaźniki poziomu, wypalenia oraz zaangażowania w pracy pokazały, iż poziom stresu w firmie Pramerica jest na niskim poziomie. W pracy można znaleźć stresory występujące w zawodzie Agenta Ubezpieczeniowego.

This work The work includes scientific definitions of stress and strategy coping with him. This study describes stress level and ways coping with difficult situations in environment insurance agent in Pramerica company. As a way of testing choose anonymous questionnaire. The instruments used were: Maslach Bornout Inventory (MBI) and scale coping with difficult situations. Indicators level of burnout and work engagement, shown that level stress in Pramerica company is on low level. In this work can find stressor occur in insurance agent profession.
