Political dispute over the Army : "Decision-makers are trying to wrestle powers"

13 sierpnia 2026 r. na antenie Radia Kraków oraz na platformie internetowej radiokrakow.pl z rekomendacji UJ ukazał się kolejny wywiad z prof. dr. hab. Dariuszem Kozerawskim, pracownikiem naukowym Katedry Bezpieczeństwa Narodowego (Instytut Nauk Politycznych i Stosunków Międzynarodowych, Wydział Studiów Międzynarodowych i Politycznych) Uniwersytetu Jagiellońskiego, w którym ujęte zostały między innymi opinie dotyczące: sporu kompetencyjnego dwóch pałaców (prezydenta RP i premiera) o wpływ na siły zbrojne; realizacji programu „Miecznik”; dogrywki europejskiego programu SAFE i jej ewentualnego znaczenia dla rozwoju zdolności obronnych państwa polskiego.

On August 13, 2026, Radio Kraków and the online platform radiokrakow.pl published another interview with Professor Dariusz Kozerawski, a researcher at the Department of National Security (Institute of Political Science and International Relations, Faculty of International and Political Studies) at the Jagiellonian University, at the recommendation of the Jagiellonian University. The interview included, among other things, opinions on: the dispute over the powers of two palaces (the President of the Republic of Poland and the Prime Minister) over influence over the armed forces; the implementation of the "Miecznik" program; and the extension of the European SAFE program and its potential significance for the development of Poland's defense capabilities.
