Tekst przedstawia różnorodne podejścia do możliwych następstw (aftermath) dramatycznych wydarzeń. Punktem wyjścia jest twórczość brytyjskiej pisarki Rachel Cusk, która podkreśla ambiwalentny charakter tego co następuje po tragicznym wydarzeniu, może to być kryzys i załamanie, ale również i 'pokłosie', czas nowego życia.

The text presents various approaches to the possible aftermaths of damatic events. The point of departure is the work of a British novelist Rachel Cusk, who highlights the ambivalent character of what comes after a tragic event, it may be a crisis and a breakdown, but also the time of a new reaping.
