Tematem pracy licencjackiej jest biznesplan „Pubu KOT” w Krakowie. Praca zawiera część teoretyczną (pierwsze dwa rozdziały) oraz empiryczną (rozdział trzeci). W pierwszym rozdziale wyjaśniono termin biznesplan. Omówiono cele, funkcje oraz zastosowania biznesplanu. Pokazano także okoliczności, w jakich zalecane jest jego sporządzenie. W drugim rozdziale pracy przedstawiono budowę biznesplanu i scharakteryzowano poszczególne elementy . Trzeci rozdział to biznesplan małego przedsiębiorstwa, jakim jest „Pub KOT” w Krakowie. W tej części zdefiniowano cele działalności Pubu, a sposoby ich osiągnięcia rozpisano w postaci pięciu planów dziedzinowych
The theme of my BA dissertation concerns the business plan of Pub KOT in Krakow. The dissertation consists of theoretical and empirical part. The first chapter explained terminology of business plan. Discusses the aims, functions and applications of business plan. Also it mentions about certain situations when it is necessary to write business plan. The second chapter presents construcion of business plan and describes components of them. The last part of dissertation is a business plan of company Pub KOT. Business plan describes executive summary and following major elements: strategic plan, operations, organizations and financial planning.
