The influence of corporate collective agreement on status of employee

Praca magisterska składa się z siedmiu rozdziałów, z których pięć rozdziałów stanowi główną część pracy. Tematem pracy jest wpływ zakładowego układu zbiorowego pracy na status pracownika, gdyż w pewnych sytuacjach układ zbiorowy będzie stanowić źródło treści stosunku pracy. Początkowa część pracy dotyczy instytucji układów zbiorowych, ich definicji, genezy i funkcji w kontekście niniejszego opracowania. W kolejnej części praca dotyczy wpływu konkretnych postanowień zakładowego układu zbiorowego na sytuację pracownika i treść stosunku pracy m.in postanowień płacowych i pozapłacowych. Ostatni rozdział dotyczy rozwiązania układu zbiorowego i wpływu jaki ma ta sytuacja na status i sytuację pracownika. Podsumowując przedmiot niniejszego opracowania stanowi doskonały przykład na przenikanie się indywidualnego i zbiorowego prawa pracy.

Master's thesis consists of seven chapters, five of which make main part of the work. The theme of the work is the influence of the corporate collective agreement on the status of employee, because in some cases a collective agreement is a source of contents of employment. The initial part of the work deals with the institution of collective agreements, definition, origin and functions, in connection with the subject of this work. Then it discussed about influence of the specific provisions of the corporate collective agreement on the status of employee and main contents of employment inter alia about salary and other elements of salary and another provisions not about financial matters. Last chapter is about termination of the collective agreement and impact of this on status employee. In summary this subject is an excellent example of coexistence of individual and collective labor law.
