The impact of globalization on the functioning of the modern market economy on the example of Subiekt Serwis.

Prezentowana praca dotyczy wpływu procesu globalizacji na funkcjonowanie gospodarki rynkowej na przykładzie firmy Subiekt Serwis. Dane teoretyczne i empiryczne uzyskano na podstawie licznych opracowań bibliograficznych. Celem pracy jest ocena wpływu globalizacji na funkcjonowanie mikroprzedsiębiorstwa. W procesie analizy danych wykorzystano metody tabelaryczne, graficzne, a także opisowe. Praca koncentruje się na zagadnieniach dotyczących funkcjonowania jednostek gospodarczych w aspekcie globalizacji. W pracy została zaprezentowana istota i podział rynków, a także rozwój obrotów handlowych na przestrzeni lat. Przybliżono tematykę korporacji ponadnarodowych, które oddziałują na polski rynek handlu detalicznego. Dodatkowo przedstawiono klasyfikację sklepów w Polsce oraz charakterystykę mikroprzedsiębiorstw w kraju. Analiza procesu globalizacji w badanym ujęciu polega na ocenie wpływu procesu na funkcjonowanie firmy Subiekt Serwis na przestrzeni lat. Badanie ukazało, że w trakcie istnienia firmy Subiekt Serwis zostały dokonane zmiany, które wpłynęły na poprawę funkcjonowania i rozwój przedsiębiorstwa.

The presented work concerns the impact of the globalization process on the functioning of the market economy on the example of Subiekt Serwis. Theoretical and empirical data were obtained on the basis of numerous bibliographic studies. The aim of the work is to assess the impact of globalization on the working of micro-enterprises. In the data analysis process there were used tabular, graphic and descriptive methods. The work focuses on issues related to the functioning of business units in the aspect of globalization. There was presented the essence and division of markets, as well as the development of trade over the years. The topics of transnational corporations that affect the polish retail market were discussed. In addition, the classification of stores in Poland and the characteristics of micro-enterprises in the country were described. The analysis of the globalization process in the studied approach consists in assessing the impact of the process on the functioning of Subiekt Serwis over the years. The study showed that changes were made during the existence of Subiekt Serwis, which improved the functioning and development of the company.
